- check in 16-21 h without fees and with fees outside this schedule

- check out before 11 h (paid lockers available near by)

Ground floor - Rez de chaussée -

In a quiet street, no cars allowed, a very secure flat in the back of the building, nevertheless receiving a lot of light, and direct sun in the morning.
Five starS ground floor loft apartment of
1 bedroom corner and its own patio of 17 m2.  Large 2 persons bed (160x200 cm) fully equiped kitchen (diswasher, oven, fridge, toaster, kettle, coffee maker etc... full bathroom with walk in shower
At 5 minuts walk of fresh food market, restaurants and bars.
 

Ollerias

Rooftop penthouse with Huge private terrace of 42 m2 and  full open view. Outside kitchen. Planters for a fresh ambiance touch .

The penthouse of 32m2 on the 4th floor with no lift, (return guests find it worth and even easier than thought and healthy).

Calle ollerias is a at the edge of the historic center and all restaurants, roof bar terrace and shops. But you will not be bothered by night life noise.

Some mini market propose to deliver your shopping for free or for a small fees.

Pay parking next to our buiding if needed.

Malagueta beach at 20 min walk

At the edge of the historic center, on the 5th floor without lift, this lovely penthouse has a fantastic view on a church. During the night it look like a post card !

A 35 m2 one bedroom flat well equiped and its 15 m2 of private terrace will allow you to spend the best holidays ever.

Well adapted to any work away person with its desk and confortable chair.

Close to daily shops and restaurants/ Bars is not located a night life street so you will have your well deserved sleep.

Booking and cancelation policy
A contract including the summary of your stay will be send after agreeing on dates.
To confirm your booking  50%, (100% if you book 1 month prior to your arrival) of the price of your total stay should be paid 48 h after I send your contract.
Due balance, if apply, is due 1 month prior to arrival or according to the terms of the contract.
Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away.
50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in.
No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in
A security deposit is due when you get the keys. 
Is adviced to contract a holidays insurance to cover the damage you may cause and your cancelation fees.
In exceptionnal circunstances, if the flat is not in a decent condition to live in, the owner  will propose :
- to modify your dates of stay
- or a similar lodging
- or a voucher with the value of your stay to be used within 12 months which one can be used by a third party after agrement.
In case of force majeure, the national or local regulations will apply.
