RESERVATION
At the time of booking, a contract will be drawn up requesting a deposit of 50% of theprice of the stay to be paid within 48 hours, under penalty of cancellation of thecontract. To draw up the contract, the surname, first name, date of birth, address andtelephone number, as well as the number of the passport or European identity cardand the expiry date of said document, will be requested.

 

CANCELLATION

• Full refund: Cancellation possible up to 30 days before the arrival date.

• Late cancellation (between 30 and 14 days prior to arrival): Full refund ifcancellation occurs within 48 hours of booking.

• Cancellation between 14 and 29 days: 50% refund of overnight stays.

• Less than 14 days: No refund

• Cleaning fee: Refunded if cancellation occurs prior to arrival.
