CANCELLATION POLICY

After agreeing on the dates, you will be sent a contract that will include a summary of your stay. To confirm your reservation, you must pay 50% (or 100% if booking one month in advance) of the total price of your stay within 48 hours of your contract being sent. The outstanding balance, if applicable, must be paid one month before arrival or as stipulated in the contract. Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the arrival date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before arrival. No refunds will be made for cancellations made within 7 days prior to check-in. You must pay a security deposit upon receiving the keys. It is recommended to take out travel insurance that covers any damage you may cause and cancellation costs. In exceptional circumstances, if the flat is not in decent condition to be inhabited, the owner will propose:

  • to modify the dates of your stay

  • or similar accommodation

  • or a voucher for the value of your stay to be used within 12 months, which can be used by a third party by prior agreement. In the event of force majeure, national or local regulations will apply.
